Based on extensive research the Job Grading System generates a grade report based on technical specifications of the job. The report will indicate the Sebenza Grade and will then proceed to indicate the equivalent Peromnes, Paterson, Task, Equate, and Hay grades. The report also provides the appropriate NQF level of the job based on the specification.

Furthermore, the Job Grading System is interlinked with the Psychometric- and 360º Performance Management Systems, which allows for seamless management of these HR related functions.
